1. Service Agreement

By registering with Al Haya Islamic Burial Services, you agree to our comprehensive burial service program that includes Islamic burial arrangements, documentation assistance, and family coordination services.

2. Payment Terms

• Registration Fee: R100.00 (one-time payment required before accessing services)
• Monthly Subscription: R100.00 (recurring monthly payment to maintain active subscription)
• Payment must be made on time to maintain service availability
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services

3. Service Process

1. Complete personal information form
2. Submit service request when needed
3. Wait for admin approval of your application
4. Make required payments to activate services
5. Access ongoing burial service coordination

4. Waiting Periods and Death Benefit Terms

• Standard Waiting Period: A waiting period of 6 months from the date of entry is applicable before a death benefit becomes valid
• Pre-existing Medical Conditions: In the case of Asthma, Cancer, Diabetes, TB, or Heart Problems, a waiting period of 9 months is required
• HIV/AIDS: In the case of HIV or AIDS, a waiting period of 24 months is required
• Senior Members (65+ years): Members aged 65 years and older require a cash or once-off down payment of R7,000
• Lifetime Premiums: Premiums are payable for life and there are no surrender values when the policy is canceled or lapsed

5. Family Coverage and Benefits

• Family Coverage: Family cover is provided to the member, his/her spouse, and up to 4 unmarried children
• Company Responsibility: The company will be responsible for arranging the funeral services
• Emergency Contact: Contact the company or your agent for immediate advice in the event of a death
• Comprehensive Premium: The monthly premium that you pay covers all funeral benefits for the entire covered family
• No Additional Costs: No extra charges for family members covered under your policy

6. Islamic Services

Our services are designed to comply with Islamic burial traditions including Ghusl, Kafan, Janazah prayer coordination, and proper burial according to Islamic customs.

7. Emergency Services

24/7 emergency burial services are available to active subscribers. Response times may vary based on circumstances and location.

8. Personal Information

We collect and store personal information necessary for providing burial services. Your information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery purposes.

9. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• The registration fee is non-refundable
• Monthly payments are pro-rated to the end of the current billing cycle
• Grace Period: Members have a 3-month grace period for missed payments before subscription is automatically canceled
• During the grace period, services remain accessible while payment reminders are sent
• After 3 months of non-payment, subscription will be terminated and reactivation requires a new registration fee

10. Service Limitations

Services are subject to local regulations, municipality cemetery availability(private cemetery can be arranged at an aditional cost), and Islamic burial requirements. We will make every effort to accommodate requests within these constraints.
